Zambia is a country in Southern Africa. It became independent from Great Britain on 24 October 1964 and has been named one of the world's fastest economically reforming countries for 2010 by the World Bank. The growth is largely attributed to the mining sector, with copper prices increasing across the world.

The tourism sector is largely based on Zambia safaris and visitors to Victoria Falls, which is one of the seven natural wonders of the world. It is perfect for walking safaris.

Despite its growth, the largest problems facing Zambia are the high poverty rate and epidemic of HIV/AIDS.
